Development of a demountable aerosol collector (Focus on IFA´s work Nr. 0446)

Inhalation exposure to gases, dusts and aerosols is one of the most common forms of exposure to hazardous substances in the workplace. When carrying out workplace measurements, the technical measuring services of the accident insurance institutions are supported by the IFA's laboratory of measuring equipment. In order to better clean an established sampling system, a dismountable sampling head was developed, which is presented in this sheet 446 of the series “Focus on IFA’s work”.
