DGUV Information 207-006 ‘Floor coverings for wet barefoot areas’ contains supplementary requirements for the ASR A1.5/1.2 “Floors” rule for setting up and operating floor coverings in wet barefoot areas. For the purposes of this information, ramps and steps of stairs and ladders are also defined as floor coverings. Wet barefoot areas are located e.g. in swimming pools, hospitals and changing rooms, sanitary and shower rooms of sports and workplaces.

Major changes to the last issue of March 2021:

• Test standard has changed: DIN EN 16165
• Supplement in Chapter 3.1: Assignment of the test result to the evaluation groups (s. Table 1)
• Table 2 has been revised
