FBHM-068: Tools / Moulds and Dies - Outside the scope of the EC Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG

This DGUV publication has been prepared by subcommittee „Machinery, Robotics and Automation“ of DGUV expert committee woodworking and metalworking. It provides an answer to interested parties from the DGUV's perspective on the question of whether tools/moulds and dies for installation in presses, injection moulding machines and die casting machines are classified as ‘machinery’ (or not) within the meaning of the EC Machinery Directive.
